Love this tea have had it for a week and its so relaxing for the body and the mind,the taste is not so bad but can add a bit of honey to sweeten. I put 1 teaspoon in a coffee pot for three mins and drink hot will try cold in summer. The pot is a lovely keeper to match my green kitchen🙂

The Hemp tea is very soothing and calming after a stressful day.
Delicious tasting tea, but unfortunately revved me up! So instead of calming sleep was wired all night with increased pain. Going to use it in the day instead. I do have Long Covid so maybe why it had opposite affect on me.
So fresh and flavoursome.
