Join us for a relaxed and creative afternoon of connection, creativity, and tea. In collaboration with Better Tea Co, this cosy workshop invites you to slow down and enjoy some mindful making in a supportive community space.

Participants will decorate their own ceramic mug to take home, enjoy a selection of Better Tea Co teas during the session, and receive tea samples to enjoy later. A light afternoon tea will also be provided. This workshop is part of Endometriosis Awareness Month 2026 and is proudly delivered by founder of Endo Warriors Aotearoa Yessenia.

Throughout March, Endo Warriors Aotearoa works to raise awareness, build understanding, and create supportive spaces for people living with endometriosis and those who support them. Events like this are about slowing down, connecting, and reminding our community that rest, creativity, and shared moments are an important part of wellbeing too.

This event is designed to be low-pressure and welcoming whether you come for the creativity, the kōrero, or simply to enjoy a warm cup of tea with others.
